Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team and manage day-to-day activity across the real estate sales cycle.
  • Set targets, monitor pipelines, review performance, and coach team members to improve conversions.
  • Develop client relationships, understand property requirements, and support negotiations through closure.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate reporting and a smooth customer experience.
  • Identify market opportunities and recommend practical initiatives to improve revenue and team productivity.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Comfort with lead management, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to work full-time from the Gurgaon office.
