The work

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through relevant channels.
• Review applications, maintain candidate records, and assist with initial screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate updates professionally with candidates.
• Help prepare recruitment trackers, reports, and other HR documentation.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Contribute to employer branding, outreach, and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.
