The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, applicant records, and HR documentation.
• Support interview scheduling and help ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and routine people-operations activities.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, and team members through email, phone, and other approved channels.
