Sitesecura is seeking motivated HR Interns to support its people-focused operations and gain practical exposure to core human resources activities in a remote work environment. This internship offers an opportunity to learn from experienced team members while contributing to an organized and positive candidate and employee experience.

The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different hiring stages.
• Support interview scheduling, follow-ups, and maintenance of recruitment records.
• Help prepare HR documents, trackers, reports, and internal communications.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of people-operations tasks.
• Participate in employee engagement and other HR initiatives as assigned.

This is a paid, three-month internship with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹20,000. The selected intern will receive hands-on exposure to HR processes and professional workplace practices.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, and people operations.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup and collaborating through online tools.
