About the Company Outbox Labs is seeking an energetic Account Management Operations Intern to support customer-facing and revenue-oriented initiatives in a fully remote environment. This six-month opportunity is designed for someone who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and enjoys taking ownership in dynamic situations. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time opportunity with the company. Responsibilities • Support account management operations and help keep customer and sales-related activities organized. • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders across digital channels. • Assist with sales coordination, follow-ups, research, reporting, and day-to-day operational tasks. • Identify information gaps, respond thoughtfully to changing situations, and move tasks forward with good judgment. • Contribute ideas to improve team workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency. • Take ownership of assigned work and collaborate effectively on group projects. Requirements • Strong written and verbal communication and well-developed interpersonal skills. • Sales aptitude, commercial curiosity, and the ability to think quickly while remaining composed. • Intelligence, initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment. • No prior professional experience is required; experience working in college festivals, taking responsibility in college communities, contributing to group projects, or building a side hustle will be valuable. • Reliable internet access and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup. • Applicants should be available for the complete six-month internship. Experience: No prior experience required. Relevant leadership, community, project, festival, or entrepreneurial experience is welcome. Industry: Account Management and Sales Operations. Compensation: Monthly stipend of INR 25,000 to INR 30,000. Strong performers may receive a full-time opportunity.
