The company is looking for an enthusiastic Operations Management Intern to support day-to-day retail operations and gain practical exposure to sports merchandising and store management.

The work

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operational activities across the sports retail business.
Support inventory checks, stock movement, product organization, and replenishment coordination.
Help monitor store processes and maintain accurate operational records.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Identify routine process gaps and assist with practical improvements.
Prepare basic reports and share updates on operational tasks and inventory status.
