The work

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder and CEO on strategic initiatives, planning and daily priorities.
• Research markets, competitors, customers and new opportunities, converting findings into practical recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers and MIS reports to monitor key business metrics and highlight risks early.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, pricing analysis and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to keep projects on schedule and resolve blockers.
• Prepare presentations, reports, investor updates, internal documents and decision-support material.
• Support hiring, onboarding, SOP creation and process improvement as the organisation grows.
• Own new initiatives from idea through execution, follow-up and completion while handling confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

Compensation: ₹4,00,000–₹6,50,000 annually, based on experience, skills and interview performance. The role includes a 1–2 month probation period, after which compensation may be revised to the agreed full CTC upon successful confirmation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline; MBA or PGDM is a plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, startups, operations, finance, marketing or a related role. Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, research and organisational skills, with comfort working with numbers and ambiguous problems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; basic financial-statement knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• High ownership, initiative, curiosity, adaptability and a bias for action in a fast-moving environment.
• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, marketing, sales operations, business development, AI tools or automation is advantageous.
