The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with QA teams and support UAT, including test scenarios and defect clarification.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and business insights, and prepare reports and dashboards.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.

  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills; good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge; familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
