Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, content, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, lead quality, conversion metrics, and return on investment.
• Develop or coordinate engaging content for digital platforms while maintaining consistent brand messaging.
• Manage campaign calendars, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Use analytics and performance insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve audience acquisition and engagement.
• Track competitor activity and emerging digital trends, recommending practical experiments and improvements.

Requirements

The position offers an annual compensation range of ₹5,00,000 to ₹9,00,000, along with performance incentives.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
• Ability to interpret campaign data, prepare clear reports, and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
