The work

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on qualified lead generation, efficient cost per lead, and improved conversion potential.
• Source business opportunities through builders, channel partners, referrals, site visits, apartment handover projects, construction sites, and builder locations.
• Build consistent relationships with channel partners and referral sources, conduct regular meetings, and encourage recurring lead referrals.
• Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-up, lead-quality improvement, and stronger conversions.
• Maintain CRM entries, track follow-ups, support basic website updates, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Track competitor activity and stay current with digital marketing trends.

Who they want

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel for builder meetings, channel-partner discussions, and site visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently.
