The work

Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable itineraries, packages, transport, and accommodation options.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, messaging, and in-person interactions.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate bookings, maintain accurate records, and follow up on pending confirmations.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and other travel partners.
• Assist with itinerary changes, documentation, cancellations, and post-booking customer support.
• Maintain professional communication and contribute to daily agency targets and service quality.

• Prior experience is mandatory; candidates with relevant travel experience
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to maintain booking and customer information accurately.
• Good knowledge of local and domestic travel destinations is preferred.
