Current Opening: We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Success Associate upon successfully completing our traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions. No. of positions - 10 Location: Remote What Your Day Will Look Like: ● Learn our platform Recruit CRM and understand the recruitment business. ● Answer client queries via chat, email and video calls to gain experience. ● Help users understand how to use features and suggest workarounds . ● Uphold communication guidelines and procedures. ● Build and nurture client relationships. ● Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery. Traineeship Details: ● Traineeship Program: 6 months; 8.5 hours per day, payment of INR 20,000 per month. ● Full-Time Opportunity: Based on your performance during the training program, you may be offered a full-time position as Customer Success Associate with a CTC of INR 8,00,000 (INR 6,00,000 base salary + INR 2,00,000 yearly performance pay- paid out quarterly) ● During training you will be evaluated on: Application knowledge, Communication, Learning attitude, Problem solving, Consistency/Commitment, and Integrity.
