The work

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls and chat conversations
  • Assist customers with bookings, rescheduling, cancellations & service queries
  • Follow up on enquiries and pending bookings to drive conversions
  • Resolve concerns related to availability, pricing, timing, location & booking status
  • Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
  • Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Service teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain customer interaction, booking and follow-up records
  • Meet customer handling, response time, follow-up & booking conversion.

  • Comfortable with both voice calls & chat support
  • Good listening skills with a polite and empathetic approach

  • Comfortable working with CRM, calling & chat tools
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred
  • Laptop/Desktop + stable internet connection are mandatory
