The venue offers high-energy activities for children and families and is creating one of Delhi’s most exciting entertainment destinations.

The work

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and leads generated through social media.
• Convert inbound enquiries into birthday party bookings by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable packages.
• Sell packages, negotiate confidently and close bookings while working toward business targets.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers until conversion.
• Build strong relationships with parents and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Maintain an accurate lead pipeline, customer records and booking information.
• Coordinate a smooth customer journey from the first enquiry through the celebration.
• Deliver a helpful, energetic and professional customer experience in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Who they want

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, CRM, hospitality, F&B, retail or entertainment.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up discipline, negotiation ability and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, commercially driven and proactive approach to work.
• Energetic, organised and comfortable managing multiple enquiries and bookings.
• Availability for 25 working days per month with five monthly offs; weekends are working days.
• Working hours are 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
• Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s last drawn salary and experience, with attractive performance-based incentives.
