The work

Responsibilities

  • Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar with the Creative Director and develop ideas based on trends and audience response.
  • Create Instagram reels, carousels, static posts and stories, including captions and scheduled publishing.
  • Design static and video creatives for Meta, Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
  • Produce product listing images, feature infographics, Amazon A+ content, brand store pages and promotional banners for marketplaces and the website.
  • Shoot product photos and videos using a phone in the in-house studio, generate suitable AI-assisted lifestyle imagery, and edit all assets to match the brand.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director and E-commerce Executive while independently executing day-to-day creative production.

Requirements

The selected candidate will report to the Creative Director and receive ₹3,00,000–₹3,60,000 per year, based on skills and portfolio.

  • Freshers and candidates with relevant design, video or content experience may apply.
  • Strong photo-editing and video-editing ability, including competence with mobile editing applications.
  • A strong sense of design, composition and aesthetics, along with practical knowledge of Instagram formats.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI image-generation tools and good written English for captions.
  • Experience with tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or comparable software is welcome; results and portfolio matter more than a specific tool.
  • A mandatory portfolio demonstrating reels, posts, ad creatives, edits or AI-assisted images. This is an on-site, full-time role in Chennai with a six-day working week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
