• Manage and maintain Curious Bay’s social media accounts, especially Instagram.
• Plan weekly content calendars and organize upcoming posts.
• Research trending topics, content formats, and ideas relevant to parents, children, and education.
• Develop creative content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and relevant hashtags.
• Coordinate the creation and scheduling of social media content.
• Create basic social media creatives using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve our social media strategy.
• Suggest new campaigns and creative approaches to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Maintain consistency in Curious Bay’s brand voice and visual identity.

• Interest in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Good written communication skills, especially in English.
• Creativity and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
• Basic understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
