Responsibilities • Identify and research prospective customers, partners, and business opportunities through suitable online channels. • Support outbound outreach through calls, messages, email, and professional networking platforms. • Understand prospect requirements, explain relevant offerings, and maintain timely follow-ups. • Keep lead information, conversations, and progress accurately updated in the required tracking systems. • Coordinate with internal teams to share market feedback and help move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline. • Work consistently in a remote environment, meet activity goals, and contribute ideas for improving outreach and conversion.
