The work

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and business development across the assigned territory in Indore, Raipur, and Noida.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Develop business with clients in FMCG, pharmaceutical, dairy, beverages, automotive, and related industries.
• Identify prospects, understand operational requirements, prepare suitable solution proposals, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through closure.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, customer visits, product demonstrations, negotiations, and regular sales reporting.
• Coordinate with internal technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in area sales, industrial sales, B2B sales, packaging, coding, printing, automation, or a related field.
• Good industry connects across FMCG, pharma, dairy, beverages, automotive, or allied sectors.
• Strong communication, consultative selling, negotiation, territory management, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with frequent customer visits and territory travel as required.
• Candidates should be up to 30 years of age.
