Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements and services, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Answer, record and process guest calls, messages and requests, and coordinate with Bell and Housekeeping.
  • Review shift logs and ensure outstanding requests from the previous day are resolved.
  • Help manage hiring, training, scheduling and coaching of employees.
