The work

Responsibilities

• Manage GST registration, return filing, reconciliations, and related statutory compliances.
• Handle income tax activities and support accurate preparation of tax-related documentation and filings.
• Manage MCA-ROC compliances, including company registration, preparation, finalisation, and timely submission of forms and returns.
• Review client information, identify compliance requirements, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to obtain information and resolve compliance-related queries.
• Use MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe tools, and other digital platforms effectively in daily work.

Who they want

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in GST registration, GST return filing, and compliance work.
• Professional, in-depth understanding of GST, income tax, the Companies Act, and MCA-ROC compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet filing timelines consistently.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and common online business tools.
• Ability to commute daily to the office near Nirman Vihar Metro, New Delhi.
