About the role

Imagine Learning is hiring for the role of Order Management Specialist!

The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately in accordance with documented procedures
  • Review quotes and purchase orders and identify discrepancies before orders advance
  • Coordinate the resolution of order, pricing, account, renewal, billing, and fulfilment issues
  • Maintain accurate customer account and renewal information
  • Support timely movement of orders through acceptance, invoicing, and revenue-related workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales, Order Services, Project Coordinators, Accounts Receivable, and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
  • 0–2 years of experience in order management, accounts receivable support, billing operations, finance operations, shared services, data entry, or customer/account administration
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes accurately and consistently
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Ability and ongoing commitment to work a full shift aligned with U.S. business hours
