The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

• Policies and Procedures Development: Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
• Work Scheduling and Allocation: Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
• Internal Client Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Document Preparation: Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
• Recommendations: Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.

Requirements

• Education: Short-Cycle Tertiary Education
• General Exp: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (atleast 7 to 12 months)
• Managerial Exp: Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (atleast 4 to 6 months)
• Data Collection and Analysis, Computer Skills, Verbal Communication, Planning and Organizing
• Policy and Regulation: Works with full competence to interpret and apply knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
