Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers to introduce ACT Fibernet broadband services and available plans.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet packages based on their needs.
• Clearly explain service features, pricing, plans, offers, and onboarding processes to customers.
• Handle customer questions and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects to support lead conversion and service activation.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support timely installation, activation, and issue resolution.
• Achieve assigned telesales and customer conversion targets through consistent customer engagement.
• Provide regular updates on lead status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Represent ACT Fibernet professionally during every customer interaction and contribute to a positive customer experience.
