About the role

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a 24/7 operational environment. • Contact potential and existing customers to sell cleaning, maintenance, and AMC services. • Follow up on enquiries and sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings. • Create and manage bookings, confirm service details, and coordinate with the operations teams. • Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints when required. • Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, and case updates in Salesforce. • Achieve assigned targets for calls, lead follow-ups, sales conversions, and service quality. Requirements • Minimum two years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment. Prior call centre experience is mandatory. • Male candidate preferred due to the requirement for rotational and late-night shift coverage. • Strong spoken and written English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage. • Previous experience in home services, facilities management, or a similar service-based business is preferred. • Confident in handling sales conversations, customer complaints, and multiple communication channels. • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred. • Willingness to work rotational shifts based on operational requirements is critical.
