• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience proven experience in overall site management, finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works, with the ability to take full responsibility for site execution and delivery. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and control multiple site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and in-house teams across multiple villas. • Excellent coordination with project management, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Strong manpower planning and resource management skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve site issues and coordinate solutions effectively. • Strong understanding of construction procedures, site safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
