Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Apply developed knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide variety of critical assignments and tasks.
  • Understand technical aspects of the job, including system operations, process flows, daily responsibilities, issue resolution, and volume tracking.
  • Own the team's daily KPIs through effective work allocation, delegation, follow-up, and task closure.
  • Work independently as the first point of contact for escalations, proactively flagging system latency and disruptions to keep leadership informed.
