The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Graduate with 1 to 2 years of experience in Learning & Development Operations, Training Administration, Learning Operations, or HR Shared Services
  • Experience in managing training nominations, learning records, learning calendars, and training completion tracking
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow
  • Strong data management and reporting skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle employee and stakeholder queries via email and ticketing systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage learning transactions within defined SLAs and quality standards
