About the role

Mandate 3 – Employees will work full-time from their base location i.e. Mumbai. What will you work on? • Design Leadership & Execution: Lead and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives while creating impactful digital and print assets, including websites, social media creatives, email templates, branding, advertisements, presentations, and marketing collateral. • Creative Direction: Shape the visual style and direction for various campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring high-quality and on-brand designs across all touchpoints and platforms. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Post Production and Content, to deeply understand project needs and craft compelling design solutions that support business goals and objectives. • Quality Control: Conduct thorough design reviews to ensure that all work is polished, on-brand, and meets high standards of quality and excellence before final delivery. • Oversee Junior Designers: Support and guide junior team members through creative inputs, and quality checks when required.  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design tools, and creative techniques to keep designs fresh, innovative, and aligned with current best practices in the field.   Who are we looking for: • Proven graphic design experience, preferably with 2-3 years in a design studio, agency, or in-house team. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant software. • Excellent eye for detail, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, branding design/visual brand building, and visual composition.   "We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law"   Visit our tech blogs to learn more about some the challenges we deal with: https://medium.com/swiggy-bytes We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by the law.
