The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels to understand their goals and interests.
• Explain relevant Scaler Academy programs clearly and guide qualified prospects through the enrollment journey.
• Follow up consistently with leads, maintain meaningful communication, and address candidate questions or concerns.
• Work toward individual and team conversion targets in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions.

Requirements

The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual CTC of ₹7,00,000 to ₹11,40,000 and will have opportunities for career growth in sales and business development.

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Two to five years of experience in sales, business development, academic counselling, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in EdTech or consultative sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfort working with targets, structured follow-ups, and performance metrics.
• A learner-focused approach and genuine interest in sales and career guidance.
