We are looking for an Associate Executive – Talent Acquisition to support day-to-day recruitment operations from our Bangalore office and contribute to a structured, candidate-focused hiring experience.

The work

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through relevant channels and screen resumes against role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR conversations, assess candidate suitability, and maintain clear evaluation notes.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate updates, and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
• Prepare offer documentation and support joining coordination through the final stages of hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, update recruitment trackers, and share timely hiring reports.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for individuals who want to begin or grow their career in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

• Open to freshers and candidates with 6 months or more of recruitment experience.
• Graduation in any discipline is required; an HR-related qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Applicants must currently reside in Bangalore; relocation candidates will not be considered.
• Comfort with working from the office 5–6 days per week is essential.
• The compensation range is ₹3.5 LPA for freshers and up to ₹4.5 LPA for candidates with relevant experience.
