The work

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants with H1B, OPT, GC, and USC work authorizations to relevant vendors, partners, and clients.
• Source US IT requirements through staffing networks, job portals, vendor relationships, and research.
• Match consultant profiles to suitable openings and coordinate profile submissions.
• Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, negotiate rates, and support placements through closure.
• Build relationships with consultants, vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Maintain accurate reports on requirements, submissions, interviews, and placements while supporting onboarding and compliance activities.
• Work toward daily and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.

This is a full-time opportunity with an annual compensation of ₹2.52 LPA.

• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Good follow-up and coordination abilities with basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet research.
• Willingness to work the US night-shift schedule from the Tirupati office.
