The work

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential property sales inquiries and guide clients toward suitable premium apartment options.
  • Understand customer preferences, budgets, timelines, and location requirements to recommend relevant properties.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits, explain project features, and support clients through negotiations and closure.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with buyers, sellers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and sales pipeline records while consistently working toward assigned targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth documentation, booking, and transaction experience.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity with an annual package of ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with premium residential buyers and contribute directly to business growth in the Hyderabad property market.

  • Prior experience or demonstrated capability in sales, real estate, property advisory, or a customer-facing business development role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Good understanding of residential property sales and the ability to explain apartment features and value propositions clearly.
  • Target-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple client conversations.
  • Willingness to meet clients and attend property visits in Hyderabad.
