The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and leads through phone, email, and digital communication channels.
• Understand learners' academic goals and guide them toward suitable online and distance education programs.
• Support pitch preparation, counseling conversations, and structured follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update student or client interactions in the CRM.
• Work with the growth team to contribute to monthly enrollment and outreach targets.

Requirements

Interns will receive an internship certificate, a performance-based letter of recommendation, and performance-based incentives. The opportunity is designed to provide practical experience in lead management, educational consultation, CRM usage, and student enrollment outreach.

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Interest in or prior exposure to sales, business development, counseling, or customer outreach.
• Good interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, organized approach to target-driven work and independent task ownership.
• This is a 6-month remote internship with a fixed stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
