Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to researchers who have submitted papers or shown interest in conferences
• Convert leads into paid registrations for IFERP conferences
• Pitch author services including publication support, indexing assistance, and related services
• Handle international prospects across multiple time zones
• Follow up consistently to close deals within deadlines
• Maintain accurate CRM updates for calls, follow-ups, and conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead → prospect → registration

Who they want

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2C sales experience over the phone (mandatory)
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent command of spoken English
• No mother tongue influence; clear and neutral accent
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Confident in handling international clients
• Immediate joiner preferred
