The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers and explain relevant health insurance products clearly.
• Understand customer requirements, handle questions, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and disciplined execution.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Participate actively in daily contests and team performance initiatives.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
• Strong communication, listening, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
• A positive, target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn insurance sales processes.
• Ability to work full-time from the Sec 18, Gurgaon office.
• Compensation includes a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, along with uncapped incentives and daily contests.
