The work

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage real estate sales activities across the assigned Mumbai territory.
• Generate qualified leads, conduct property presentations, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
• Track pipelines, follow up consistently, negotiate effectively, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Coach sales team members, review performance, and share accurate updates with management.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, inventory, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a closely related sales management role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
• Good understanding of the Mumbai real estate market, particularly the Wadala to Mulund area, is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time from the office and travel locally for meetings and site visits when required.
• Compensation includes a monthly salary of ₹30,000–₹50,000 plus incentives.
