The work

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences and budgets.
• Guide customers through gold, diamond and studded collections while delivering a polished in-store experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Work toward monthly sales targets and contribute to store visual and service standards.
• Maintain professional product presentation and coordinate effectively with the store team.

Requirements

The position offers a fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month along with uncapped monthly incentives. • 12th pass or graduate qualification.
• 1–4 years of retail or sales experience; jewellery, luxury or lifestyle retail exposure is preferred.
• Fluent communication in Hindi and English; Marathi will be an advantage.
• Well-groomed, confident and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work full-time from a Mumbai store location.
