The work

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation, outbound outreach, and pre-sales activities.
• Coordinate with prospective clients, maintain timely follow-ups, and help track opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and assist the team in presenting relevant IT, cloud, cybersecurity, and networking solutions.
• Conduct market research, maintain databases, and prepare basic reports using MS Office and LinkedIn.
• Support proposal preparation, client coordination, and internal communication between sales and technical teams.
• Contribute to pipeline building and sales-target initiatives while learning from experienced professionals.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship based in Bhandup, Mumbai, for 6 months, with a stipend of INR 15,000 per month. Interns will receive hands-on mentorship and may be considered for a full-time opportunity based on performance.

• Open to final-year students and recent graduates from Engineering, IT, MBA, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Interest in pre-sales, business development, enterprise technology, and client interaction.
• Basic understanding of IT, cloud, cybersecurity, or networking concepts is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn.
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic, and learning-oriented approach.
