The work

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other relevant channels.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.
• Present Kreative Catalyst services clearly and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Manage conversations, follow-ups, meetings, negotiations, proposals, and deal closures.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients while maintaining accurate lead records.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required and work consistently toward monthly sales targets.

Requirements

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Rohini, Delhi, offering a monthly salary of ₹20,000 to ₹28,000.

• Strong communication, negotiation, client-handling, and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in approaching business owners and decision makers.
• A proactive attitude toward lead generation and client acquisition.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
• Persistence, organization, and the ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
