The work

Responsibilities

Develop and manage sales opportunities for hydraulic tools and industrial products across assigned markets.
Understand customer applications, recommend suitable products, prepare quotations, and coordinate technical discussions.
Build lasting relationships with industrial clients, distributors, consultants, and channel partners.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups through the sales cycle.
Track enquiries, opportunities, forecasts, customer feedback, and competitor activity while working with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.

Who they want

Requirements

2–4 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, technical sales, hydraulic tools, or industrial products.
Good understanding of industrial applications and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical product recommendations.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable travelling for customer meetings and site visits in and around Mumbai.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Mumbai, with annual compensation of ₹3–4.2 lakh.
