PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Sales Associate!
The work
•
Plan, deploy, and execute joint business plans while driving sustainable sales capability.
•
Coach and work with distributors and sales representatives to expand business and resolve market challenges.
•
Deliver secondary monthly sales targets, gross revenue growth, and target secondary value achievement versus plan.
•
Increase net and weighted distribution by expanding outlet reach and adding SKU count across existing counters.
•
Plan routes efficiently to maximize field productivity and ensure stock availability and rack execution per planograms.
•
Conduct one-on-one training for PSRs to develop market execution and sales capabilities, setting monthly targets and monitoring performance.
•
Manage distributor health and ROI, ensuring adherence to joint business plans and timely order fulfillment.
•
Ensure food compliance standards across distributors and minimize product expiry through proper FIFO and stacking norms.
