Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote financial products and services.
• Generate qualified leads for demat and trading accounts through digital and outreach activities.
• Make outbound calls, understand prospective customers’ needs, and share accurate information about available offerings.
• Conduct online meetings to explain the company’s products and services clearly and professionally.
• Maintain lead records, follow up consistently, and coordinate with the team to improve conversion opportunities.
• Represent the company responsibly in customer interactions and follow approved communication and compliance guidelines.
