We are seeking an experienced Social Media Expert to lead social media and digital marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engage travel audiences, and generate qualified booking enquiries.

The work

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Channels.
• Create engaging travel content including reels, posts, stories, and carousels for Indian and international destinations.
• Use AI tools for content creation, captions, topic research, trend prediction, and faster campaign execution.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media calendar and schedule content consistently.
• Grow organic followers, reach, engagement, enquiries, and travel leads.
• Run basic paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and retargeting.
• Monitor platforms daily, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement.
• Prepare weekly analytics reports with practical recommendations for improvement.
• Develop creative campaigns promoting tours, helicopter packages, hotels, and cabs.
• Support SEO and other digital marketing initiatives and projects.

• Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience engagement, lead generation, and basic paid ads.
• Excellent communication, writing, creative planning, and trend-spotting skills.
• Ability to use AI tools for captions, research, ideation, creatives, and campaign efficiency.
• Comfort with social media analytics, reporting, and performance-led decision-making.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Janakpuri, Delhi, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.

• Present 10 India and international reel ideas with a hook and CTA.
• Prepare 5 booking-focused captions optimized for leads.
• Create 5 AI creatives: 2 posts, 1 carousel, 1 thumbnail, and 1 story.
• Design a 7-day posting calendar with post type, timing, and hashtags.
• Develop a lead funnel from Reel to DM to WhatsApp to booking.
• Suggest one lead-generation paid ad idea for a tour or helicopter package.
• Complete a mini analysis of two travel brands.
• Share an AI tools list for faster growth.
• Present a daily engagement strategy covering comments, DMs, and WhatsApp leads.
• Provide a growth plan targeting organic followers and daily leads.
