HSBC is hiring for the role of Regional Support and Operations Member!
The work
•
Manage and control daily operations and administration of the payment operations, including inbound payment processing, beneficiary details, IBAN handling, beneficiary name and ID checks and follow-up of missing and incomplete information.
•
Monitor and ensure payment processing, reconciliation and reporting, ensuring smooth execution of the payment operations.
•
Ensure standardization of processes. Process notes to be updated on a regular basis.
•
Regularly reviewing processes as per SOPs and other regulatory requirements.
•
Ensure an efficient Business Company chain in place for the team and completion of all processes in timely manner.
•
Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders and teams to resolve operational issues and payment discrepancies.
•
Monitor and performance management activities, including processing and timely processing of payment and cash-related payments.
•
Maintain all operational control standards to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
•
Implement the agreed compliance policy as applicable to the role. Should be aware of the Operational Risk awareness associated with the role and ensure that all processes during the employment with HSBC are adhered to all the standard of operational risk controls.
