Rubrik is hiring for the role of Project/Program Manager Intern!
The work
Responsibilities of the Intern
•
Assist in defining program scope, goals, milestones & success metrics.
•
Develop & maintain project plans, schedules & documentation.
•
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
•
Create dashboards or reports to track progress, KPIs.
•
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Leadership and functions such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support etc. to prioritize, plan, and deliver new features and products to the market.
•
Assisting in the communication of schedules, status, and issues to stakeholders.
•
Assist in running effective and efficient meetings that accomplish goals in a timely manner.
•
Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of mitigation plans.
•
Collaborating with development teams to aid in addressing and resolving issues that may impact timelines.
•
Recommending tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation.
•
Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

Requirements
•
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
•
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
•
Basic understanding of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Ability to learn fast and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
•
Exposure to Cloud Platforms - AWS/Azure/GCP.
•
Exposure to Storage domain.
•
Exposure to Enterprise product development.
•
CGPA 8 and above.
•
2027 graduates of Circuital branches only.
•
Available from January 2027 to May 2027 in Bangalore for the onsite internship (No remote options).
