About the role

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Associate, you will be responsible for expanding the Collegelinkr member network by onboarding education professionals onto the Collegelinkr mobile application.

The work

Your responsibilities include

  • Identify prospective Admission Consultants, Teachers, Principals, Faculty Members, and Counsellors.
  • Contact prospects through field visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media.
  • Explain the benefits of the Collegelinkr platform.
  • Help prospects download, register, and complete onboarding on the Collegelinkr app.
  • Ensure registration is completed using your unique referral code.
  • Guide members through the basic features of the app.
  • Follow up until the onboarding is verified and approved by the Collegelinkr verification team.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective members and achieve monthly onboarding targets.
