Warpdrive Tech Works is seeking an Accountant / Accounts Coordinator to support accurate, organized and timely finance operations. This role works closely with internal teams, leadership, auditors and external finance professionals, with responsibility for maintaining dependable financial information and ensuring important compliance activities stay on schedule.

The work

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers, expense records and supporting financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing, GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate audit requirements and respond to documentation requests.
• Keep financial data, records and backups organized, accurate and secure.
• Track finance deadlines, follow up with stakeholders and support timely closure of open items.

Requirements

This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity based in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The selected professional will gain broad exposure across accounting, payroll, taxation, audits and compliance while contributing to a collaborative finance function.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
• Qualification in B.Com, M.Com, BBM, MBA Finance or CA Inter/IPCC is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, MS Excel or comparable accounting tools.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliance.
• Strong coordination, organization, communication and follow-through skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership and discretion when handling financial information.
