• Lead the creation of weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast. • Lead and facilitate S&OP forecast meetings. • Oversee the calculation of proper supply plans based on generated demand forecasts. • Review, prepare, and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals. • Ensure the maintenance of healthy inventory in distribution centers and stores based on target days cover. • Manage, mentor, and closely work with demand planning specialists to drive adjustments on the plan. • Monitor supplier issues and manage escalations as necessary to ensure availability. • Oversee the identification of slow-moving SKUs and flag them to stakeholders to drive strategic action. • Oversee the identification of SKUs with inventory showing no-movement for the past 28 days. • Collaborate with inventory controllers on identifying stocks for balancing across warehouses. • Take full ownership of the category group by being on top of issues related to overall S&OP, especially in ordering and availability. • Lead cross-functional teams to assist in projects, drive strategic actions, or resolve complex issues. • Working cross-market in the Asia Pacific region • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or any relatable specialization. • At least 3 years of work-related experience in demand or supply planning. • Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus. • Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus. • Strong analytical mind and business acumen with the ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends, and to form strategic conclusions based on findings. • Must be extremely detail-oriented. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Highly comfortable with processing information using Excel and/or Google Sheets. • Ability to work and lead autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. • Has a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to instill this in a team.
