• We are looking for a Jr. Social Media Executive who is creative, adaptable and open to learning.
• The role involves handling multiple social media handles, creating and publishing content, improving organic reach and engagement, supporting paid ad campaigns, conducting competitor research and contributing to digital marketing activities.
• We are looking for someone who is adaptable, open to learning and willing to continuously develop their skills as social media platforms, trends and digital marketing strategies evolve.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple social media handles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Create, coordinate and publish posters, reels, carousels, stories and other social media content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks and platform-specific content.
• Work towards improving organic reach, engagement and audience growth.
• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of paid social media ad campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, leads and ROI.
• Analyse social media insights and use performance data to improve content.
• Conduct regular competitor research and identify relevant content and marketing opportunities.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms and audience behaviour.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with the team for timely content creation and execution.
• Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity across platforms.

• Practical experience in Digital Marketing.
• Coding Knowledge preferred.
• Internship background in Marketing is desirable.
• A Marketing Certification will be an added advantage.
