The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels to understand their requirements.
• Present relevant products and services clearly, address questions, and guide prospects through the next steps.
• Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the company’s systems.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through conversion.
• Share customer feedback and recurring objections with managers to support process and sales improvements.

Who they want

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity. The monthly CTC range is ₹24,700 to ₹40,000, with the final compensation determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience and suitability. The role also includes variable incentives of up to ₹15,000, subject to the applicable incentive structure and performance criteria.

• Freshers and candidates with prior experience may apply.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work from the office in the Kaikondrahalli area on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore.
• Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates living within approximately 10 km of the workplace or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
• Comfort with performance-oriented sales work and achieving targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain organized follow-up records.
